Our Welcome Team cover the main meeting area, the children and youth venues, the exhibition, as well other spaces we use on site should the need arise.

You would be expected to be onsite from 10am on the Thursday 15th of August. However we may require you be onsite from Wednesday the 14th August. We will notify you if this is the case.

Welcome team

This team will be the “first impression” for the whole festival. People on this team should be prepared to give a warm welcome, answer questions and help point people in the right direction. Perfect for enthusiastic people who love others!
